Authentic Tiny Home

This little gem was built in 2016 and features a double gas stove, tankless water heater, AC and heat, bigger shower, RV style toilet, ladder and double loft. We just completely redid her exterior with new walls, new trim, insulation, weather stripping, with an inviting key west style teal blue paint. She’s sitting on a trailer now and is ready to be driven home. Buyer is also welcome to take her custom built front porch as well!

We were able to bring her to our property by hauling her in our Yukon XL, with zero issues other than the fact that she’s not the most aerodynamic thing in the world and she’s not front end heavy.
