Tiny House / Cabin on Wheels with many Poplar, Cedar and Pine Natural Edge Slabs.

- I designed and built this tiny house / camper in 2015.
- It's ready to go anywhere and hauls great behind my mid sized Chevy Colorado.
- A mid sized pick up, mid sized SUV and possibly a minivan should be able to haul it.
- Although I haven't weighed it, it should be under 3000 lbs.
- It is about 116 sq ft inside (15.5 x 7.5 interior dimensions)
- The fold down rear porch adds about 42 sq ft.
- The interior walls and ceiling boards are all cedar, poplar and pine natural edge slabs up to 24" wide.
- The exterior siding is sawmill cut pine.

- All structural boards are standard kiln dried dimensional lumber.
- 100% of structural connections are screws not nails. (It's built to last)
- Windows are all Window World vinyl double pained.
- The walls and ceiling are fully insulated.
- I've left the floor plan open so that it can be arranged according to the use.
- I use cots and gravity loungers now but will replace the cots with a futon.
- It is wired with outlets and interior and exterior lights (and for speakers).
- It has a mini fridge, glass vessel sink and water connection.
- It has a single burner gas stove and a toaster oven.
- It comes with a window AC unit and a RV toilet.
- We have used it exclusively for camping on Lake Lanier.
- I lived in it full-time for about 2 months and loved it. I would still be living in it but we bought a new house and have a baby on the way.
- Having hauled it more that 20 times in heavy traffic, I feel confident taking it anywhere.
- It is located in Atlanta, GA area (Duluth).
- I will deliver it within 100 mi radius of 30096 for free (at full price of course), $1.00/mi beyond that.
- If you didn't know, you can park this on some of the most scenic lots on Lake Lanier for as little as $18/day including water, power and facilities.
