The house is 7'x 10' & can be pulled with a V6 truck. It would be perfect for a single traveler, backyard studio, or air bnb rental. I built the house using environmentally responsible materials where possible. It is insulated with sheep wool & has energy efficient aluminum clad windows w/ solid wood interiors. The exterior is all cypress with a natural oil finish & a metal roof. As for amenities there is a twin size bed with drawers below for storage, a sink with sprayer faucet & soap dispenser, a 2 burner propane stove, a mini fridge & an on demand hot water heater which also runs on propane & a pull out desk/tabletop. It has RV connections so you just plug it into a 220 or 110 outlet & run a hose to it & you're good to go.

Currently there is no toilet/shower as I used the home primarily while travelling to jobsites or on roadtrips, so finding a bathroom was not an issue. There is some room on the tongue of the trailer where a small bathroom could fit & the hot water heater has a shower head attachment so an outdoor shower could be set up as well. Ideally I would get around $15,000 for it but it's negotiable. I've modified the interior a bit since these photos were taken. I took out the bench near the fridge & converted that whole side into a couch with storage & the fridge below.
