My Tiny House Dream Can Be Your Tiny House Reality!

This awesome beginning can be your adorable ending.

The hardest part of the build has been done for you.

All walls, windows and loft floors have been built.

This tiny house is ready to be assembled, blue prints and all.

The footprint is 160 square feet (8’x 20’) and with the 2 lofts this tiny house is a total 250 square feet.

Here’s what needs to happen:

Assembly, flooring, two doors, siding and roofing.   And, Bam!  You’ve got yourself an awesome tiny house!

Additionally, if you need it to be transported to you… Well, problem solved.  All above items are currently stored in a 40’ shipping container.   And, hey… Now, you’ve got a shipping container too.  Those also make awesome tiny houses!  Or a garage or a workshop.

But wait, there’s more!

A brand new (still in box) portable air conditioning unit, a tiny house, energy-friendly washer and dryer (also still in the box), 12 earth anchors and a lot of high-quality hardware, including the best roofing screws one can find can be yours as well to help you in finishing this little dream home.

Here’s the breakdown:

Tiny House (walls, windows, loft floors) = $6200

Shiplap Siding (enough to do floors, siding and roof) = $1900

Shipping Container (40’ High-Cubed) = $1800
(can easily be sold for same amount if not more after emptying - people are always looking for shipping containers - OR - can be used to build a shipping container tiny house as well)

Total For All = $9900

Total w/o Shiplap Siding = $8000  (If Buyer Prefers to Use Another Material)

Total w/out Shipping Container =  $8000

Total w/out Shiplap Siding OR Shipping Container = $6300

I also have available for purchase:

Portable AC Unit = $200

Small Washer = $150

Small Dryer = $150

20’ Ladder = $120

12 Earth Anchors = $80

And I will throw in quite a bit of very high-quality hardware which includes very, very quality roofing screws (not cheap screws!)

AND… All of this is somewhat negotiable.

As you can see, I have put a lot of time, money and energy into this tiny house project, but my loss is somebody’s gain because I just can’t finish it at this time.  Life traumas, changes and unexpected bills take center stage right now.

The long narrow box is the 12 Earth augers.  The two Laundry boxes are the washer and dryer.  The small box is full of really high quality roofing screws.  There's the portable AC unit.  The ladder.  All new and never been used, as you can tell.  The very last photo is a photo of the myriad of screws and some wood glue that I did not use.  There's a photo of the blueprint and if you would like sketches and measurements for all windows I can send those as well.  Seven windows are operable (open).

There a few windows that I did not have the chance to frame-out yet because of storms.  But, the pieces are cut and ready to be nailed on... Not a big deal.  There are two small windows that need glass because they were cut to the wrong size.  But, very small pieces of glass needed.

There are two small interior walls to separate the bathroom.  One has a door opening.  Only other door is the front door.

Tiny House can be Stationary OR Built on Wheels!!!!
