Amish Built Building

We are selling the building we have used for homeschooling. This is an Amish built Cape Cod style building with two windows and a front door. The building itself is 14ft long by 10ft wide; the porch is an additional 3.5+ft of width. It is finished with tan vinyl siding and brown shutters and has a solid floor (see photo). The windows are fully operational and can be raised and locked at 2 different heights. The front door locks and has a key. When we bought the building, there were only studs. We have insulated the walls and ceiling, added wall board to all 4 walls and painted them, wired it for electric, and added the ceiling fan and light. There are 2 outlets inside the building, giving you 4 sockets. We also added a neutral carpet remnant that covers nearly the entire floor. We did not nail it down, however, so you can easily remove it if you desire. It is heavy enough that it doesn't scoot, though, if you want to keep it. The only issue is a small hole in the siding on the left side of the building (see photo), probably from a rock being kicked up by the lawn mower. Buyer will be responsible for moving, but we will be happy to provide you with contact info for the people that moved it for us. This would make a great school building, hunting cabin, or office.
