2003 E-350 Ford 7.3L Diesel, dually. "The Bule"

I am selling my E-350 ambulance which has been converted into a cozy home on wheels. The well sought-after 7.3L diesel engine is known as the million-mile engine and has lots of life left in it. The ambulance construction provides upgraded suspension and structure that doesn't leave your conversion sagging or overloaded. The truck has a dual alternator set-up which provides ample charging of all the accessories and starts off with a 2x 12V battery set-up.

This is a 4-season camper that is fully insulated and has temperature control. There are 12V, and 120V outlets throughout the build that are powered by a 300W solar setup. The ambulance has separated the house battery from the starter battery to ensure you never drain your starter batteries. 25gal fresh and grey water tanks provide enough water for 1-2 weeks of living ( based off of my usage) and these tanks are housed inside the build which is ideal for 4-season living. There is a propane cooktop and stove combo installed into a custom countertop. This cooking set-up uses easy to find 20lbs tanks, no need to visit an RV shop to get them filled. The build has a pop-up shower feature and a cassette toilet.

The Build

Electricity;
300W of solar
30A MPPT Charge Controller
Battery Monitor
200 AH of batteries
30A Shore power battery charger ( 120V input to charge the house batteries)
An alternator charger can be thrown in with the purchase, not installed yet.
6x 12V outlets
1x 120V outlet
12V LED lights on a switch
Cigarette lighter inputs

Water:
12V switchable water pump
26Gal Freshwater
26Gal Greywater
Quick disconnects on all water inputs
The shower tub is installed with grey water drained, this is a pop-up design that stores away in a bench seat when it is not being used.

Cooking:
Propane stove top and oven combo

Other:
12V Diesel heater, highly efficient
Large garage area
Designated eating area with Lagun table mount
Overhead storage above kitchen and cab
12V Coleman fridge
Hot Water On Demand Coleman shower
Cassette toilet
Queen-sized memory foam mattress, new.

Mechanically:
-New serpentine belt
-New Alternator: upper alternator has been replaced, and the lower alternator has been bought but not installed yet. I will sell the vehicle with the other alternator if it needs replacing in the future.
-New starting batteries: 2x ambulance starting batteries on board (separate from the house batteries)
-New fuel pump
-New brakes and rotors (last year, has not been driven much over the past year so they are still brand new)
-New windshield with wipers
Safetied in 2019, has not been driven too much since.

Cons:
- Needs a new starter battery isolator. This was the original battery isolator that came with the ambulance and it has gone bad which sometimes drains the starting batteries. I can give you details on the part number. (Roughly $600-$800)
- Oil pressure is on the high side, might need to get looked into
- Tires have a thread but have some weather cracking
-Typical rust, the frame is very solid. Aluminum box ( will never rust! whoohoo! )
-has 2 alternators. One has been replaced. Other one needs to be replaced but I have the part
