About
The time has come to sell my Tiny House on Wheels. This home was professionally designed & built and has never been lived in, but has served as my office for the last several years.
Since I used the home as an office, I never fully built out the kitchen or living room... so sky is the limits to implement your own interior design & taste. Ample plugs were added to allow for multiple set-ups for future uses, and I'm happy to share the design I was planning to use for full-time living if the time ever came.
Since these photos were taken, a kitchenette with butcher block counters + sink & faucet were added. I used a induction cook-top & toaster oven not included for coffee, meals, and snacks. Those appliances aren't included... but I'll gladly provide a cup of coffee for the person who decides to make this beautiful home their own!
The home is wired & plumbed and ready to plug into power (either 30A or 50A) and potable water. There's a mechanical compartment at the nose of the trailer with room to add batteries & a water pump if an off-grid set-up is preferred.
The bathroom has a 32x32 shower, composting toilet, and a high-efficiency (and virtually silent) bath exhaust fan to circulate fresh air.
The sleeping loft fits a queen size bed in two orientations (so either side to side or front to back). The bed in the pictures is a full-size. There's also a modest storage loft over the back door with plenty of room for seasonal clothes, books, etc. Both lofts are accessed by a shared ladder (easily moved from one to the other).
Special attention was given to ensure energy efficiency & air-tightness. Floor, Walls, and Ceiling are insulated with rigid foam caulked at all seams & penetrations. The exterior sheathing is ZIP Board with all seams tapes. Windows are Anderson 100 series with awning style crank-out windows in both lofts for ventilation (even while it's raining).
Interior walls are white pine with a light white-washed, ceiling is tounge & grove beadboard planks.
The trailer was custom fabricated for this Tiny Home by Ridgeline Trailers with two 7,500lbs. axles to carry the weight of the home & still have room for any future contents.
I built this home by hand with grand plans, but times have changed and I'm ready to let someone else live out their tiny dreams in this great little home.
