Detailed Tour:
As you walk up into this tiny house, you will notice a custom tongue and groove pine ceiling, newly installed ProCore vinyl waterproof flooring and stairs with diamond plated backsplash. There is a convenient shoe storage.

The dinette is built into the 12 foot slide out, and converts into a guest bed. Custom sliding drawers and cabinets have been built under the dinette benches. Nine inch mattresses were special ordered for the dinette bed and the bunk bed, and they are super comfortable.

The cockpit seats have been replaced for leather coach seats that swivel around and open up additional seating while parked.

When the slide is out, the space feels very open. A custom built bunk bed was added in the other half of the slide. Across from the bunk bed, is the spacious kitchen that can fit multiple people.

The kitchen includes many comforts. There are 13 cabinets, 4 drawers, a pull out spice rack, hooks for pots and pans, a slide out trash bin, and even a wine glass rack. A special-ordered L-shaped kitchen countertop was installed with a full size residential sink. The sink faces the exterior window for a great view as you cook, and the countertop provides ample space for preparing meals.

The refrigerator is encased in walnut stain wood to the right of the doorway. The refrigerator is a 12 cubic foot stainless steel Whirlpool Gold with freezer, and has door storage for gallon size containers.

There is a stainless cooktop, equipped with a portable double burner. A large Whirlpool Gold microwave is mounted over the cooktop. Under the cooktop, hidden away, is the electric dryer and 2 cabinets.

An electric fireplace is located between the bunk beds in the slide and the kitchen providing warmth, comfort, and ambience. Above the fireplace is a mounted flat screen TV.

You enter the bathroom through a sliding white barn door. On your left is a washer, which has multiple cycle options. Above the washer is more storage. The bathroom has a full size vanity with lots of storage, and extra medicine cabinets. It features a residential flushing toilet, and a stand up shower that includes a tub.

A glossy walnut-stained barn door separates the bathroom from the master bedroom. A queen bed with an 11 inch mattress provides the comfort and space of being home. The bed is elevated with storage underneath. There is also storage above the headboard.

From the master bedroom extends the back porch. With a push of a button, the back porch extends down off the back of the coach for outdoor space! Two brand new extra large camping chairs are included in the sale.
