Adorable Two Story Tiny House Shell with Two Decks

This tiny house shell was built by a licensed contractor and used for several years as a play house by my kids. The exterior is 8 feet 5 inches across and 6 feet 5 inches deep. It has 5 windows (4 open with screens) and 2 doors. It has a small deck in the front with an overhang and a deck on the second story (slide is optional :) There is a small loft on the second floor. The bottom floor measures 92" wide by 68" deep by 74" high. The top floor measures 92" wide by 68" deep by 88" high at the highest point of the ceiling.

This house is not mounted on wheels but can easily be cut off the pilings that are supporting it. Please see pictures of the back to see the support structure. Asking $7,999 but will consider reasonable offers.

This house will need to be moved from my property. Renting is not an option. You are responsible for transportation, but there are companies that will transport it. I did a quick search and found several, however, I have not worked with any personally.
