This super cute tiny house on wheels efficiently maximizes space and feels roomier than you can imagine. The trailer itself is a Kaufman 8.5' x 30' with a triple axel that can be towed by a 1-ton truck such as an F-350, Silverado 3500, or Ram. The house is 13.5' tall and legal in all states. We are happy to leave any of the furnishings you would like included in the sale.

Kitchen - Full size fridge, IKEA cabinets, farmhouse sink, crank windows, IKEA gateleg table, washer/dryer combo, butcher block countertops, 2-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, adjustable lighting, lots of electric outlets, slide out pantry on wheels, and under stair storage space.

Living Room - Full size couch, storage cabinet, wall hook for ladder, HUGE storage spaces accessible by 3 floor hatches, 3 pull out drawers built into the stairs, shelf for a projector or other media devices, space for a pull down screen for watching TV or playing games, end table, and ceiling fan.

Office - Large closet with a large built in shelf and room for hanging clothes. L-shaped desk with 3 drawers and storage shelves. Plenty of lighting with two windows. The office can be closed off from the rest of the house with a sliding pocket door.

Bathroom - Spacious 3'x3' shower, brand new Separett composting toilet with venting, small sink with cabinet underneath, shelf above toilet for towels, storage mirror that swings out. There is a tankless water heater so you'll never run out of hot water.

Guest Loft - Big enough for a queen size bed with room to spare. Features outlets and dimmable lighting. Able to sit up in bed.

Main Loft - Big enough for a king size bed with room to spare. USB outlets, dimmable lighting, storage bench with removable baskets, plenty of outlets. Able to sit up in bed.

General - The house features high-quality fixtures with dimmable lights, several different types of windows to bring in all the light, engineered hardwood floors, a mini split unit that can heat and cool, a washer and dryer combo, and plenty of outlets. There is also a tankless water heater so your shower will never get cold. There are external hookups for water and electric (50 amp) and sewer if you're stable.
