Adorable and Unique Tiny House

My name is Cohen Bessler, and I’ve been single-handedly building this tiny house for the past year in pursuit of off-grid, self sufficient living. It was intended to end up on a remote property in Arizona, but my route has shifted and I’ve decided to try to sell it. This tiny house is my baby, and I’m very apprehensive of letting it go at the moment, so I want to make sure it ends up being a happy home.

This house has been designed for semi-to-total off grid living. The inside is unfinished so you can personalize and make it your own. The little building is inarguably adorable, and would make a perfect sanctuary for a tranquil get away, lake house, guest house, art studio or man cave.

It has its quirks, however, and will probably require customization in order to make it suit your needs. Nothing a handy person couldn’t handle

General House Overview
- 18’ long, 8’ wide and 13’2” tall from ground (11’1” from trailer floor to roof)
- 200 square feet including loft
- Fully insulated from rafters to sub-floor
- 8 outlets and 2 switches (one on the ground floor, one in the loft)
- 8 windows, all of which are removable to prevent damage while the house is being transported
- The pitched part of the roof is corrugated steel, while the flat part over the loft is a Torch Down membrane that was professionally installed

Trailer
- Iron Eagle PAD series trailer, rated for 10,000lbs.
- Purchased last year, and is currently in pristine condition with certificate of origin and all-encompassing warranty

Electrical
- 8 outlets with 4 breakers
- Powered by 280AH 24V LiFePO4 battery
- MPP LV 3KVA-24V all-in-one inverter/charger allows for easy solar panel hookup, in addition to AC input from any extension chord for charging
- OverKill Solar BMS connects to your phone for wireless, effortless monitoring on the battery’s status
- The switches are wired in a 3 way configuration, and turn on/off an outlet in the loft. I was planning on using an LED light strip to light the bottom floor and a lamp for the loft, all of which would turn on and off from either switch.
- Comes with all of the above, in addition to a smart charger for the battery

Bathroom/Plumbing
- The plumbing was designed to work with a DIY off-grid water tower, and thus is pretty unconventional
- Could be reran in a conventional fashion with minimal effort, as all internal wall sheathing can be unscrewed
- Designed for a composting toilet, so a flush toilet drain pipe is not installed, however sink and shower drain pipes are.

Windows
- All windows are repurposed and recycled
- All windows are removable so they won’t break in transit
