The home is wired with minimum of 12 ga. copper wire and is plumbed with 1/2" PEX pipe and PVC drains. All cabinets and storage units are custom built in our shop. Full exposed wooden trusses built from local 4″ x 6″ White Pine for beauty and snow load capacity for our severe winters.
