Built of all salvaged and recycled materials, the home is built on a salvaged RV trailer (with title) but reinforced with heavier duty axles and leaf springs. It is mobile and sturdy. The home is traditionally framed with pine lumber and then wrapped in T1-11 painted a royal purple with vibrant blue trim. The roof is metal and the structure has 8 windows for natural light and ventilation.

Entry to the home is on the side and once inside it is an explosion of joy and color with pops of purple, green, pink, and orange. It is a unique home, to be sure!

The home’s downstairs features a kitchen complete with a full-size electric stove, a full-size fridge, a toaster oven, a double basin stainless steel sink, a window over the sink, a large base cabinet, and a beautiful live edge countertop. There is also open shelving on the wall that is also made of live edge wood. The home does not have a mini-split or central HVAC system but there is a wall unit AC just above the sink in the kitchen area to keep the house plenty cool.

Across from the kitchen is more storage that also doubles as access stairs to the first of two sleeping lofts. It is important to note that the lofts are also connected by catwalk for maximum use of space. The walls, floor, and ceiling of the home are all covered in shiplap to give a very cozy, cabin-like feel to the space. Downstairs is also a bedroom space big enough for a double bed and a flat-screen TV on the wall. It is perfect for anyone who either doesn’t want to or can’t navigate steps or stairs in a home.

The bathroom is also downstairs and features a compost toilet and sliding doors for privacy.

Upstairs are the two sleeping lofts. Both have handrails and spindles for safety and are lit with flush mount lights. Both sleeping lofts can comfortably fit a double mattress with a little extra room for clothes storage, toys, or books.
