Upon opening the door, you are lifted into a bright and airy farmhouse with high ceilings and shiplap-style walls. This homey feeling is accentuated by the infrared fireplace against a “brick” mantle, trimmed with beautiful, locally sourced oak barn wood.

Although small, storage abounds in secret locations, so not to distract from the simplicity of the space. You’ll find a home for your clothes and shoes within the full size trundle bed, and your extra linens as pillows nestle under the custom built flip-top bench sofa. Matte black and wooden wall storage accents the farmhouse feel and gives the perfect place to display cookware, utensils, cups and much more.

The well lit bathroom features a traditional and timeless grey tiled shower with an antique farmhouse style fixture that will accommodate a person of any height. The full size vanity stores your towels and toiletries with ease, and the Nature’s Head composting toilet ensures you never have to worry about black water hook up or storage.

Living and sleeping area includes custom, built in couch with flip top storage, 32” Toshiba Fire TV (compatible with Alexa), custom made full size trundle bed with under bed storage and 5” LUCID memory foam mattress, under-window eating bar, overhead compact light/fan combination with remote control and Duraflame infrared fireplace.

Kitchenette includes custom cabinetry, Haier 9 cubic ft. refrigerator and freezer, 24” single basin stainless steel sink with drain board and cutting board insets, BOSCH 4-gallon electric hot water heater, pull out trash container and storage shelves, single burner induction cooktop with compatible cookware. Ready for washer/dryer combination but not included.

Bathroom includes full size 2-drawer vanity with solid marble counter/sink, full 36” tiled corner shower with adjustable height raindrop shower head/detachable shower head combination, Nature’s Head composting toilet and frosted glass barn door.
