Current owner bought the tiny house in 2017. Gutted and refinished the interior, then lived in the house for two years while finishing graduate school. The house is off-grid compatible with both solar power and external hookup capabilities. Stove/oven and tankless water heater run via propane. The layout of the house was designed to maximize living space, as can be seen in the view taken from the kitchen-area doorway. It has easily accommodated the current owner’s yoga practice and workouts as well as space for her large dog. The built-in bench area serves as extra guest space and the new cushions (not pictured) are dense foam comfortable enough for overnight sleeping. The kitchen provides ample lower cupboard space, as well as some upper shelving for everyday dishes. The 8x8ft loft easily fit the owner’s queen size mattress with room to spare for bin storage along the lower end. The house permits TONS of natural light with large windows and French doors with in-set blinds. Owner selling house to help fund cross-country move and the opening of their practice!
