This simple tiny home is gently farmhouse inspired, while remaining clean and modern in appearance. A total of 260 sf, there is a separate full bathroom as well as a combined living/bed area that will accommodate a convertible sofa or adjustable bed. There is still plenty of open space to add whatever storage your needs require, but just enough to get you started on your tiny house adventure. Two separate closets, in addition to ample storage in the cabinets, makes this a perfect size for a couple!

The unit is equipped with a 12-gallon electric water heater, and pre-plumbed for a washer/dryer combination. Upon your purchase, it will be outfitted with your choice of flushing, or composting toilet. The “Simple” comes with a large convection countertop oven, a 9.8 cf freezer/refrigerator, and a single burner induction cooktop with compatible cookware.

Our tiny homes are built with residential grade materials, R-13 insulation, PEX plumbing and low-E windows. Although not pictured, the unit has a single gutter on the back of the house that can be fitted as rain catchment. There are no water holding tanks, as this is meant to be a connected unit. If you choose flushing toilet, septic/sewer connections will be added as well. Greywater is drained through a hose, either into your own portable tank, into a catchment system or can be tied into the septic/sewer (if applicable). This unit is 100% electric so you can upgrade it to a complete solar system once it’s yours; no frustrating tanks to refill!

This tiny home is perfect as an ADU on your property for guests or as a mother-in-law suite. Our tiny home is not on wheels, rather built on wooden skids, similar to a portable outbuilding. It can be moved by any company that transports and sets up buildings of that type, as well as mobile home movers. Transportation of the unit is not included in the price.
