This home was built on a custom built, tiny home specific gooseneck by Trailer Made. It weighs in around 11,000lbs, but the beefed up frame and triple axles are rated to 18,000. The kitchen counters are modular and can roll out of the way. This creates a large 7.5'x11.5' open area. Quads, motorcycles, or even a smart car can be rolled in and easy transported inside the house.
All utilities are tucked away out of sight and include:
A Takagi 6.6gpm tankless water heater for instant, endless hot water. (Propane powered)
A 100# propane tank so you only need to fill up once a year.
A 300 watt photovoltaic panel, an Outback Power flex max 60amp mpg charge controller, a bank of 6v 230 AH ultra deep cycle batteries run in series and parallel, and an Aims Power 1200 watt pure sine wave inverter. Even without sunshine this setup will keep the house running for 2-3 days without draining the batteries below 30%.
The entire house is protected by combination AFCI/GFCI breakers, which is above and beyond what is required, for added safety and peace of mind. Spray foam insulation keeps the home cool in summer and warm in the winter, while a humidity sensing fan keeps the home dry and comfortable.
