840 Square Feet House by Studio Shed (Louisville, CO)

I have a new 840sf (40 x 20) ADU Summit Model building shell build by Studio Shed in Louisville, CO.

I bought this building intending to add an ADU to my property in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but I have had a change in plans due to health reasons. The unit has been shipped from Colorado to New Mexico and It is currently on five pallets at my residence in Santa Fe.

Studio Shed has provided complete plans and I have completed the permitting with the City of Santa Fe.
Included:
• 840 Square Ft with 2-beds/1-bath/laundry
• Interior framing – walls for bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry areas
• Framing for 2-beds/closets
• Framing for 1-bathroom
• Framing for laundry
• Large open-concept living and kitchen area with French Door opening to the outside
• Both bedrooms have doors opening to the outside
• All Windows are included
• Complete floorplan/plans/specifications for permitting purposes

Not included is any interior finishing: wall finishing, flooring, insulation, cabinets and sinks/shower/toilet for bathroom and kitchen, interior doors and closet closings, electrical, plumbing, etc.
