84 sq foot Bunkhouse on a custom trailer. Small but mighty. This tiny home features two bunks, small kitchen set up with 2 burner induction cooktop, mini fridge, and small sink. Bathroom is separated with a pocket door and features an RV flush toilet with a full size shower. 25 gallon freshwater tank with pump that runs on grid or with 12 V deep cycle marine battery when off grid. Has blackwater tank for sink and toilet. Shower can run straight through to outside or to the tank depending on your location.

Walls and ceiling are insulated with rigid foam. The unit has been heated with small infrared heater to temps as low as 20 F. The siding, floor, interior walls and bunks are constructed of wood recycled from a fallen in barn from the 1800s.

Weighs approximately 4000 pounds and can be pulled with V8 SUV at highway speeds.
