8.5x20 SuperLight SIP Home

Brand new and never lived in, SuperLight weight 8,100 pound towable tiny home. Built with residential materials to last. Dual pane argon filled windows, stainless sink, residential entry door, etc. We build professional tiny homes using SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) and have built over 60 homes. These are 4.5" thick walls & ceilings yielding an incredibly insulated house that is 3-4 times stronger than a standard stick frame. It also makes the interior extremely quiet and comfortable no matter what season. This house uses a mini split for heat & air. The foam panel construction keeps the house towable for most all V-8 engines. This house is designed to be traveled in like an RV with standard hookups in the usual location making it RV Park friendly. Because of its residential & SIP construction it can easily withstand full time living as well. Full size fridge, couch and dining room chairs are included. This house has a full size 36" shower, elongated full size flush toilet, 30" fridge, 50 amp RV cord, Bayonette 3" sewer connection, washer dryer connections and 3 mini closets. The loft is designed for a queen size bed and includes puck lights and power outlets. The floor of the home uses standard 2x6 floor joists, tongue & groove subflooring and R19 insulation. The trailer was built by Texas Bragg Trailers custom just for this house and has two 6,000 pound axles. The entry handrail and steps fold out like an RV for easy and quick traveling. The house has an exterior LP Smartside board and batton finish with a 26 ga metal roof. The cedar shutters on the front will close to protect the window during transport. We can deliver this house outside the DFW metroplex for $3 per loaded mile.
