Selling my 2017 7x12ft cargo trailer that has been converted into a comfy, self-sufficient, off grid living space by my husband and myself.

400 WATTS of solar included and installed along with 4 - 12 volt deep cycle batteries (352 amp hours), charge controller, and inverter. (see photos) Custom solar panel mount on hinges to angle solar panels toward the sun.
1" foam insulation in walls and ceiling, plenty of storage in the living area and extra space that is accessible from the back.
2 windows, 1 opens to provide airflow, and then there is a Fantastic Fan roof vent installed in the ceiling that can pull air in and push air out (2 settings) and then 3 different speed settings to select from.
Sink and hand pump to pump your water from 2 - 7-gallon jugs beneath the counter.
Propane tank included and can be attached to a portable stove.
The door has had handle and lock installed.
Hidden safe installed as well. (see photos)
New blankets, pillows, and sheets included that have never been used.
Tires still have good tread.

We lived in this trailer for roughly 6-7 months before moving to Arizona. We would drive it around and then park it for awhile so it has low miles.
Batteries are around 3 years old now - should be replaced soon.
Water containers, storage containers under bed, safe, propane tank, bed, blankets, and pillows included with trailer.
