There is a slide out cutting board/extra counter space at the end of the peninsula. The loft has fresh carpet and feels just like a treehouse with a center height of ~48 inches. The loft stairs are freshly stained and have several storage drawers.

This gorgeous home is situated on a spacious lot overlooking the creek. and surrounded by evergreen rhododendron. It includes one oversized parking space, with a max of two cars allowed. You will own the tiny home, and lease the lot for $695 per month. Directly across from this home is an open field that will never be built on due to the septic lines underneath. Just to the right is a short hiking trail.

Hideaway Park is situated on 10 acres in Hendersonville in Western North Carolina. There are currently 15 cabins and the maximum amount of cabins planned will be ~ 20 (zoned for 23 but most likely will stop before that). Lots are very spacious by tiny home standards with plenty of room between you and your neighbors. You will be near all of the amenities that Hendersonville has to offer including world class hiking and biking, amazing apple orchards and wineries, and an adorable downtown with great shopping, restaurants and many arts and family events. Just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the city of Asheville, the Biltmore House and the Grove Park Inn. You are also in close proximity to many more mountain towns that are fun to explore including Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Brevard, Saluda, Cashiers and Highlands. Hendersonville has a true four seasons with cooler summers due to the higher elevation of ~2200 ft. Spring and fall are gorgeous, and winters are typically short with 1 to 2 snows, just enough to make it fun! We are also within 30 minutes of snow tubing and an hour or two of several ski areas.
