5th Wheel RV Tiny Home

Fully renovated 1999 Shasta Phoenix RV for sale. The entire interior has been gutted with new flooring, new light fixtures, new cabinets, new butcher block kitchen counter tops and shelving, new bathroom and shower surround (old barn corrugated tin for surround). The toilet was replaced with a Natures Head Composting Toilet. A new 12V vent fan was installed in the bathroom. The ceiling vent hood in the bedroom was updated. The kitchen oven was removed, and a 2 plate induction burner is included in the listing. The refrigerator runs on propane or electric. Water damage that was originally found on rear wall has been fixed and new panels were installed. Water tight sealant and trim on all exterior edges has been redone. The exterior awning had tears that have been patched, however one of the adjusting support bars is bent and does not fully close. It doesn't affect the awning being fully opened, but it does make the process more difficult when pulling it out. The roof air conditioning shroud has been replaced along with the plumbing vents and ladder to get on the roof. All other exterior plastic vents/components have been updated, and new taillights have been added. All tires on the RV were replaced in August 2018 prior to our travels. The tires have roughly 12,000 miles on them.

There is 1 large and 1 medium size storage compartment underneath the floor of the camper. There is additional storage inside each stair step (2 steps total) inside the RV.

A new 12 V Battery has been installed and is connected to the Renogy 200 Watt 12 V Monocrystalline Solar Starter Kit with Wanderer Solar Charge Controller. The solar system is installed and is included.

The black tank is completely capped off and no longer in use.
There is a 30 gallon gray water tank with a 50 gallon fresh water tank on board.

Additional information:
This RV was remodeled and traveled in for 3 months. While traveling we found out we have a baby on the way so we cut our travels short and came back home.
This RV can be lived in full time and has/can be used to boon-dock. It would be best to have it stationed on site for full-time use, however it does maneuver alright from place to place. The cabinets should be bungee corded into place or cabinet latches can be installed to keep them from opening if a lot of travel is going to be done in this RV. All items should be removed from the shelves/counter-tops. This is obvious for anyone who has ever traveled in an RV or tiny home before, however we were quite surprised at the shifting of our things when we drove a short distance and didn't follow the above guidelines.

Unfortunately we don't offer financing and we cannot deliver since we sold our truck. However we may be able to work something out within a short distance if necessary.
