5th wheel conversion

Renovated 1997 Newmar American Star 5th wheel trailer.

Forget all about first month, last month, security and pet deposits and own your own- HOME!

We started this renovation by updating the exterior & interior.
We than focused on making the trailer adventure ready by purchasing solar panels (which need to be wired into the system) and a Nature’s Head composting toilet to allow for dry/rustic camping.

We have given this rv a total makeover. We painted the interior and exterior, replaced all of the flooring with wood plank vinyl. We gave the kitchen an upgrade by painting the bare wood cabinets and countertop, and installed an arabesque tile backsplash, along with new cabinet pulls. We painted all of the cabinetry throughout the trailer. We added a skylight/12volt ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The trailer has normal wear & tear for a 20 year old trailer- the only 2 issues we are aware of are:
Broken ac- which was how we purchased the rv
And some of the seals may need to be replaced in the next few years. We are the second owners of this rig- the original owners took great care of this trailer. They had added additional features such as the aluminum roof.

This trailer is a 5th and needs to be towed with a truck that has a compatible 5th hitch in their bed. We are including the hitch we have for the trailer in the sale.

This trailer gave us the flexibility to explore and financial freedom which helped us buy our new home. We want this trailer to do the same for you! We want to see someone enjoy this rig as much as we have!
