This is a 2001 Carriage Royals International Emissary 3841. It's 39' long and 8.5' wide. It has 3 slides giving you even more floor space (Entertainment slide, long living/dining slide, and bedroom slide). This coach would be great for a not-so-tiny home, or a full time RV. It has 2 roof AC units with ducted cool air throughout entire coach from each or both units. Propane heat is distributed from floor registers from dual 40lb tanks. Hot water can be heated with either 110V or propane. Real oak cabinets, corean counters and sinks have interior drawers for easy access to your stuff. Microwave, 3 burner propane stove, propane oven. Split bath with separate toilet room. Washer and dryer located in closet. 2 Lazyboy rocker/swivel/recliners, 3 person sleeper sofa. Tinted thermal pane windows with R-24 insulation. Day/night shades with backlighted valances. Windows have awnings and there is a 13x10 ft awning over the front door area. Bedroom slide has a built in awning over the headboard. Both 12V and 110V lighting throughout with special lighting under cabinet lower edges and within cabinets. 50AMP panel and both solar and 110V recharging of 4 Interstate 12V batteries. Never SMOKED in. Original retail was $110k. Current NADA average retail is $27,000. In 2007 we had the original 3 axles removed and replaced with Morryde Independent Suspension system. Each of the 6 wheels moves independently with 5.5 inch vertical travel. Hubs are grease-able. Hydraulic drum brakes are electrically actuated. Value of Morryde is not in the NADA value.
