40' Shipping Container Home

This high-performance, custom shipping container home features a large kitchen, a comfortable living room, an efficient bathroom, and separate sleeping quarters. It is designed to be placed on a poured foundation.
The house has custom concrete countertops, unique built-in cabinetry, and exterior insulation for comfortable year-round cold climate living.
The bathroom and plumbing need to be completed. The house does not come with any appliances. There is space for an apartment-size fridge, a small countertop induction burner, and a washer and dryer. The wiring for a mini-split for heating and cooling is in place.
The majority of the work is completed, and the home could be sold as-is for $70,000. We can complete the build for time and materials. Our current best estimate is that the completed home will cost $90,000.
