This bus was professionally built in a shop with the knowledge and experience of multiple builds and the highest grade materials. (Wasn’t someones first build built in a backyard.)

The bus itself is a very rare size and was purchased directly from the school district. It was an activity bus for High School Kids so a little taller than average. Another special feature is it is skinny. Most busses are 8ft wide and can be a little more tricky driving thru narrow city streets. This bus is only 7ft wide so it drives and handles like a mini van. To give you an example it’s about the size of a 140WB ProMaster Van. Basically this could be used as daily driver easily and daily driving and parking will never be an issue. This bus is also on a van chassis which means you can go to any local tire store for tires or suspension work. It has a 7.3 Powerstorke motor which can easily hit 500k and known to hit 1M. I have owned prolly 6 of these busses and had 0 problems. This bus was maintained by a Powerstroke Specialist and is in great running and driving condition. I have owned this bus for years and it has NEVER failed me or left me stranded. The bus was driven to Texas and back with 0 issues. The bus is mechanically reliable. Let’s get into the features.

Roof Prepped and Re-Sealed with Trop-i-Cool Silicone Roof Paint/Sealent

Tires Replaced with BfGoodrich K02s (It’s a Beast in the snow)

Recent Fluids Change and Check Up

Vehicle frame was undercoated to protect the frame from rust and road grime

School Bus Flashers replaced with Skoolie.com Flasher Delete Plates

Where the bus meets the van seam has been dug out and re-sealed with Sikaflex commercial grade poly-urethane sealant

Re-Registerd as an RV from a commercial vehicle

The Build:

Bus was gutted down to the bones and all leaks and all metal has been touched and treated for rust and leaks

Kilmat installed for sound deadening

Walls and Ceiling Re-Insulated with Havelock Wool

Floor Was Re-Insualted with 1in Pink Foam Board

1/2 OSB was placed over the Pink Foam Board and Lifeproof Vinyl Flooring was installed over that.

Entire floor was caulked in and sealed with poly-urethane sealant to keep water from ever getting into your subfloor

3/4 Pine was used on the walls

3/4 ShipLap Pine was Used On The Roof

Entire Interior was sprayed with Oil Base Gloss White Paint

Skoolie “Leaky” Emergency Hatch was replaced with a Skoolie.com Fan Adapter and a Maxxair Fan Deluxe was installed

360 Fan Installed for cooling

2 Burner Stove (RecPro)

12v Stand Up Fridge (RecPro)

Camping Toilet (RecPro)

Diesel Heater Installed and Tapped directly to fuel tank

Overhead storage above cab
