This tiny house is almost more of a small house on a trailer – it has 3 bedrooms (all of them with doors), 1.5 bathrooms, and generally feels more livable than many traditional houses I’ve seen. This tiny house on wheels is built on a 30 foot Iron Eagle trailer and has a cantilever on each end, one housing the main bathroom and the other housing one of the bedrooms that we’re currently using as office space. The skirting shown in the photos is removable. (Everything below the white trim on the bottom in photos is the skirting.) The kitchen was remodeled in January of 2021.

House comes with many amenities like a dedicated living room, a full shower, on-demand water heater run with propane, an electric fireplace, modern double-glazed windows, insulated walls, washer-dryer combo, almost full-sized fridge, full-sized dishwasher, ANOVA Combi oven, 2 Bonsenkitchen 1800W Portable Induction Cooktops, and kitchen table with storage. The house also comes with the sectional shown in the photos, wall-mounted 2021 Sony 48"4k, and a memory foam mattress in the guest room.

Anybody visiting us has commented on how different this tiny house is from your standard box with a loft design (also, yes, you can comfortably have guests over in this tiny home). The designer and builder built this specifically for family living, which means it’s ideal for 2-4 people. The use of space is incredibly well thought out with many hidden storage cubbies for all your belongings (even a dedicated storage room on the upper floor), a total of 4 closets in the master bedroom, shelving throughout, and more. If you are into the idea of tiny house living but don’t like to compromise this might be the house for you.

The builder is a professional barn builder and knows what he’s doing. The wood frame construction has been thoroughly insulated, the roof is a low-maintenance metal roof, the cantilevers are secured with metal braces, etc. – this is a solid build.

The house comes on a 3 axle 30ft Iron Eagle PAD-Series trailer, meaning it's legal to tow. The dimensions and weight have all been taken into account during the building process and make it road legal.
