37 Foot Gooseneck Tiny House - All new and beautiful.

Hello fellow tiny house enthusiast.

Up for sale is my 37 foot gooseneck tiny house. It has never been slept in. I bought it last year, and my circumstances have changed since then and I now need to sell it.

I installed a brand new kitchen. New cabinets with soft close hinges and drawer slides, new subway tile, new two burner induction cooktop, new mini-fridge, and new floating shelves. All fresh paint.

I also had a professional electrician out to upgrade all the electrical for the cooktop, heater, vent hood, and microwave outlets.

It has a flush toilet and 32" fiberglass shower. Due to the possibility of different install lots, the final hookup for waste and drains would need to be done for the site you choose.



There is a surprising amount of volume inside. The ceilings in the main area are 9'10". In the "Goose Room" area, the ceilings are 7'2".

It has a tankless water heater, battery for the lifts in the front, and electrical panel in the compartment in the front under the goose neck.
