Built atop a triple axle frame, the 18,000-pound THOW is practically brand new. It has never been lived in and still carries that “brand new” smell.



The house was built using traditional wood frame methods and is skinned with a mix of cedar shiplap siding and corrugated metal. It has 8 double pane high energy efficient windows and is insulated with spray foam insulation. This listing simply won’t last long.

Once inside you almost forget you are in a 306-square-foot house. The walls are white shiplap and the ceiling is 1”x4” wood planks. Through the entrance door to the right is the kitchen. Designed in a U-shape, the butcher block countertop allows for both preparing food as well as entertaining thanks to the 3-person bar top. Behind the countertop is a dark blue ceramic glass tile backsplash. The sink is stainless steel and the kitchen also comes with a 2-coil stove and oven, a microwave, and an apartment-sized refrigerator. The small house has a sleek look in the kitchen with both base cabinetry and closed upper cabinets, both opened with modern stainless steel pull bars.

Next to the fridge is a set of stairs leading up to the first of the queen size sleeping lofts. Each step features a storage cubby and stair tread lighting. Considered the master loft, the sleeping space cantilevered above the kitchen is made private by a wall. In the loft are recessed lights overhead and sliding windows for ventilation.

Back downstairs and across the trailer is the living room area leading into the bathroom. The living room large Smart TV that is built into custom cabinetry. Add some furniture and you have a comfortable and roomy space for lounging or binging your favorite Netflix show. The room also has the two largest windows, situated across from each other really opening up and brightening the space. Through a pocket door is the bathroom which is exceptional in that it features a large walk-in shower (for two) with a spa shower unit (with subway tile!), a flush commode, a vanity with sink, and even a stacking washer and dryer. The shower, the sink, and the kitchen sink are all kept warm by a 17-gallon electric hot water heater.

Above the bathroom is the guest suite which - while also queen size - is not private and opens directly to the common space below.
