A Nature's Head compost toilet with a urine diverter, a 100 gallon fresh water tank, a 42 gallon grey water tank, a WEN 1 1,000W Dual Fuel Generator to hook to 50 Amp shore power hookup with a 30 Amp adapter included. Fully electric with 12 regular 20 Amp (120 volt) outlets, switches, and 8 canless LED lights are all a part of how this Skoolie can function on or off-grid.

This home on wheels has been thoroughly inspected by a diesel mechanic and is ready to drive. The bus is in stellar condition
mechanically with a brand new radiator, new right brake chamber (left is in good condition), new radiator hoses, and new air compressor belt. The bus is already titled and insured as a RV. The artwork on the exterior is something that makes this bus so special, it was hand painted by artists in South Carolina and is copyrighted as well with them (simply means new owners cannot profit off the artwork itself, specifically Reggie the octopus on the hood), but the new owners ARE able to re-paint the entire bus should they choose to.

The two benches are hand-made and stained to offer seating and underneath storage. These benches were made with storage in mind,
but also to convert to a guest bed with a middle piece to lay the cushions out and the middle piece can also have legs installed to use as a kitchen table. The benches were custom made to fit the bus and serve multiple purposes. Plenty of storage under the hand-made benches, at the foot of the bed, as well as a large garage in the back of the bus where the breaker box is stored and that extends up underneath the bed for easy access to the fresh water tank.

While there isn't solar, it is off-grid capable with a WEN 11,000W generator that runs 8 hours on gasoline and 12 hours on propane (just had a fresh oil change as of 1/21/22). All cabinetry has locks to ensure they stay closed while traveling and has a lazy susan as well. The plumbing for the shower is already installed and ready to use
after the water pump has been wired, the plumbing has been left uncovered where the closet is in case of any work that may arise in the future. The plumbing can easily be covered and unnoticed with clothes in the closet.

95,075 miles on the engine and tires are only a year old with great tread and life still on them!
