350 sq ft Liberation NOAH certified Tiny

The tiny house is 350 square feet, 28 ft long, fully electric and NOAH certified. The tiny house was built by Liberation tiny homes in Leola, Pennsylvania between November and December of 2019. They are a professional, tiny homes builder comprised of mostly woodworking, former Amish individuals. They do excellent work and have built hundreds of tiny houses. The tiny home was gently lived in from January 2021 to December 2022 and well cared for througout that time.

The tiny house was built with a wood frame on a steel trailer. It has a propane stove and an on demand water heater as well as an electric water heater for back up. The AC and heating system is supplied by a mini split made by Samsung. There is also a wood burning stove located in the main living area made by Tiny Wood Stoves. This is a great source of additional heat in the winter and it is very easy to use. The tiny house has a very efficient metal roof. The house sits on a metal trailer made by The Trailer Shoppe.

The flooring in the tiny home is Acacia engineered hard wood and there are butcher block counter tops in the kitchen. The insulation is R5 made by Rockwool. The tiny house has a 50 amp hookup. There are LED lights throughout the home and USB outlets in the bedroom loft. There is also an outside electrical outlet.

The tiny house has a 3 burner propane stove with an oven and an apartment size fridge made by Magic Chef. There is also a drawer dishwasher in the kitchen area made by Fisher and Paykel. In the bathroom, there is a full sized tub, a washer dryer combo made by LG. It has an efficient and easy to use composting toilet made by Separett. Additionally, everything needed to install a flushing toilet is already in place.

There are 7 windows throughout the tiny home as well as one skylight. There is also a large handcrafted wooden bookshelf located in the main area with a handcrafted wooden flip up/down kitchen table by one of the main windows in the living room area. The tiny house also has ample closet/storage space located in the bedroom loft, the second loft, in the bathroom and under the steps in the main living area. The second loft is accessed by a removable handcrafted wooden ladder. There is also a bump out storage space area located on the outside of the home. Outside there is a detachable wood deck large enough for sitting and relaxing as well as wooden stairs. If the buyer is interested, the tiny home will come with a mounted flatscreen television and a queen size mattress in the loft bedroom as well as some wood for the coming winter months.
The tiny house has only been transported twice. Initially, from where it was built to it’s first home and then a second transportation to the current home. The tires on the tiny home are in excellent condition, as it has only been transported twice and the tires are 3 1/2 years old.
