This unit is built on a trailer. It is 16 feet overall length and 8 feet wide. The interior is 12 x 7.5. There is also an 8 x 4 room above that is 3.5 feet high and makes a perfect size bedroom.

This unit can be sold as is, weather tight, painted and trimmed along with a 2 x 8 foot folding deck in front and 4 x 8 foot folding deck in the rear.

This unit can be finished to include a small bathroom with an inside and outside dual shower. Additional pricing to be determined.

This unit can be used as a perfect year round tiny living concept, fully insulated year round vamping or can be used as a concession or business concept with sleeping quarters above.

The possibilities are many.

Delivery can be arranged for $250 plus a $1 a mile anywhere in the lower 48.

Our units come weather tight with a finished exterior and unfinished interior. They come with 3 windows, a nine lite exterior door, metal roofing, wood finished stain and sealer and and trim all around.

We are available to finish the interior of any unit upon request.

These units are great for small business, personal office, concession, micro living, or extra bedroom for visiting guests. Or just a better built shed.

We also have a second unit coming available which is an 6.5 x 12 building on a trailer. This unit can be used as a recreational vehicle or a great concession unit.

The cost for our units is less expensive yet superior quality to the standard of most building providers.

While a newly built unit is $3,850, (including delivery fee).

While our buildings are stained with quality wood stain, they are prepped for any type of traditional siding. The windows come with j-channel included and window trim can easily be removed since we fasten virtually every aspect of the building process primarily with exterior grade screws.

These units can be used for concession/food trailers or even additional sleeping rv/cabin/tiny home concept. These also make ideal small business offices too.

Our units are built on caster wheels and can be easily loaded, transported and moved on solid ground but can be stationary when placed as well. You can keep the casters or we will take them off.

Essentially, our units can be used and outfitted for any commercial or residential use.

Our units come weather tight on the outside and unfinished on the inside. We use asphalt or metal roofing, wood finished stained siding with white trim.

Wiring and plumbing schematics provided as well as measurements for interior walls and quantity of insulation required to complete the finished unit.

If you prefer a finished unit, there are various additional options for you to choose from such as different siding, windows and roof design but generally, the cost for a finished unit is $5850 for a standard unit in the picture or $6850 with a trailer.

Other sizes available in 4 foot increments. 8 x 12, 16, 20, 24, 30 ect.

Cost for additional length is $1185 unfinished and $1850 finished.

A 16 x 8 unit would cost $4,750 unfinished and $7,500 finished.

Additionally, 2 units can be combined to make a 12 x 16 units or any other 4 foot increment.

Our modular concept allows for easy transport and assembly onsite if you are using these units for living, business, permanent or semi-permanent food sales.

Larger units can be suitable for tiny home living as well and can be finished to include bathrooms and kitchens.

This is a great investment opportunity for someone starting a business or looking for permanent micro housing.

It takes a week from commitment to provide an unfinished unit and 2 weeks for a finished unit.

These units do not come on trailers but can be placed on any trailer with an above wheel deck. A custom trailer can be built for approximately $1,000 to $2,000.

Also, our units can be delivered anywhere in the Lower 48. The cost is $250 plus $1 a mile.
