We are now offering this beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath container home to the continental U.S. This home is an amazingly strong and robust fortress. It is easily relocatable and virtually impervious to burglary, fires, floods, earthquakes, pests, mold, rot and deterioration. We use licensed contractors for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing and waterproofing installations. This home is designed for use as both a long term living quarters or short term rental.

Each unit includes spray foam insulation on the walls and ceiling and rigid insulation board underneath the floors. All framing is metal and the window and door openings are reinforced with structural tube steel frames. The roof is a modern flat panel metal standing seam that reflects an immense amount of heat away from the container. The container is fully sided which keeps it in the shade making the temperature stay nice and cool even in hot weather. Exterior trim is made from heavy duty steel and the siding consists of open-joint Hardie cement board and standing seam metal panels. The cement siding can be painted any color you would like. The cargo doors remain operational for easy moving in-and-out of the home. Windows and doors are vinyl, Ply-Gem brand having excellent air seal and smooth operation. A continuous attic throughout the home and mechanical systems that are easily distinguishable by tradespeople throughout the United States make servicing the entire home extremely easy. Exposed fasteners on the exterior trim and metal siding make repairs and inspections a breeze. The vinyl floors are waterproof. Closed-cell spray foam applied continuously to the walls and ceiling create an air barrier that prevents air leakage and keeps heating and cooling costs low.

Appliances are not included but can be purchased and installed as an option.

Our total build time is 8 weeks. Due to its ease of relocation, this unit is considered a temporary structure by building departments as it does not require a poured foundation.
