Custom spice storage included, as well as canisters for food storage.

Living Room: Mid century modern love seat, 40 inch flatscreen Visio TV on a rotating wall mount, Custom shelving, media cabinet (with dropdown workspace) & electric fireplace that can be removed during summer for a little bonus space.

Master Bed: Custom built storage bed on hydraulic lift for tons of storage. (Very large space -Previously stored a book shelf, shoe rack, a sound system, suitcases, and camping equipment) There is a built in wall lock box under the bed. Lightly used super comfy tuft & needle full size mattress (less than a year). Work station above bed includes a drop down desk & new HP printer. 8’ thick white curtain divides bedroom area from living area. Two three drawer built in chest dressers in front.

Loft: 10’ x8’ loft includes a twin bed (with plenty of space to upgrade to a larger bed), built in desk, stool, a rug (It is removable and the floor is beautifully finished cedar), a thick white curtain along the bed, and a fun secret floor board storage bin.

Closets: Two tall closets side by side that together feature 3 hanging clothes rods, shelving, 8 pull out drawers, slide out hooks, and 8 pair shoe storage. Opposite the closet is a wall mounted jewelry cabinet that has a full length mirror, lights up inside when open, and has a lock.

Bathroom: Sleek black fixtures, Nature’s Head composting toilet, brand new custom shower, round vessel sink, large round mirror, pendant light and ceiling level led, matching baskets, rugs, shower curtain included.

Outdoor Living Room: Included with house is a 6 piece sectional dark brown rattan and white cushions, 10’ umbrella with stand & solar lights, fire pit & two industrial side tables.
