31 foot long, Double-Lofted Tiny House for family

Built in the fall of 2020, this home has been lived in by a family of three ever since. From end to end it is 31 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. It sits just short of 13 feet tall from the ground. It has a metal frame, metal roof, and hardie board siding. It has 2 lofts (each with an openable skylight), a bathroom with a compost toilet and shower, and a base level room with a sliding door. Both lofts and the downstairs room have been used as bedrooms. Amenities include hookups for a washer/dryer single unit, a 100 gallon fresh water tank, an on-demand propane water heater, a removable 25 gallon gray water tank, a small wood burning fireplace, and a mini split a/c with a heat pump. The power source is a 50 amp RV hookup. It comes with a Blue Ox stabilizer bar for transport.
