30x8 Trailer for Tiny House construction

This trailer was custom made for Tiny House Foundations. I purchased last summer with intent to build my tiny home and realized I bit off more than I could chew before I even got started. Hopefully someone else can make a start with this. It’s 30x8 steel tube frame construction with a full belly pan (just drop in some insulation and start with your floor). It’s on triple 7000lb axles for a max capacity of 21000 pounds.
I have a few extras that I will throw in with it, including enough pex to plumb the full construction with all brass fittings, crimps and brackets. Several vinyl, sealed double panes windows. A double paned glass window inset entry door with internal blinds. A Square D 24 pole breaker box. Several boxes of laminate flooring.

The trailer has locking tongue jacks on all four corners (not rv-style scissor jacks), as well as on the tongue itself, and welded tie-down D-rings at the front and rear on both sides.

I’m asking 8000$, and I’m not moving off of that price, as it’s brand new and has only been towed from where it was built to where it sits in my driveway. With the trailer and all extras, I have over 13k in it. I have all documentation for the trailer.
