30' x 8' Steel Framed Tiny House shell ready to roll!

This 30 foot tiny house shell features large black frame double pane windows for great views where every you are in the house. the bathroom is framed to handle a full size tub and shower and includes an 8 foot closet. 2 lofts one of which is 10 feet deep for a large open loft feeling. loft height in the center is 42 inches so plenty of room to comfortably sit up in. the electrical has been run and the insulation has been sprayed in so it's ready for the next step. spray in insulation is far superior to fiberglass especially for a tiny house. it locks out cold drafts and adds strength to the building so it will last as long as possible. we framed this house with steel framing from frame cad, it is 25 times stronger than wood framing and thousands of pounds lighter, making it ideal for tiny houses. the 30 foot trailer, which has also been sprayed full of insulation, was built by Trailer Made in CO they specialize in tiny house trailers so you know it has the right foundation. the trailer is rated for 21000 lbs of weight and our full builds come in at around 14000 lbs when finished leaving you plenty of room for the weight of your personal items. many builders build right up to and sometimes over the weight rating of the trailer and that puts too much stress on the frame and axles.

Charcoal steel roof is already installed so no need to worry about getting on the roof. Steel roofing is better for handling high winds such as will occur when moving it, and will last up to 50 years. We can complete this tiny house to any level you wish or you can take it as is and finish it yourself, either way it will be something you can be proud of and something you will love showing off to friends and family (once we get past this covid-19 issue)
