30' Pacific Yurt For Sale w/ Platform

Recently reduced for quick sale! 30' Pacific Yurt. Complete Off grid living set up. This yurt is five years old in very good condition. It has a 14'6" height to the dome. It would make a great vacation cabin, guest bedroom, or studio home. It can be used as extra space or very affordable living. It is very warm in the winter even in very snowy conditions. It has plenty of room to do levels for extra living space as we have it set up. It has full set up instructions in PDF format. It originally cost me around 1800 to build the platform. I did all the labor so that cost was not included in building price.
