30' Nesting Bird Yurt

30` diameter yurt manufactured by the Nesting Bird Yurt company (now called Rainier Yurts). This is one of the largest yurts available and creates a spectacular interior environment for permanent living, hosting classes or workshops, private retreats and other experiences where you want a truly unique experience. Despite being over 10 years old, the structure is in remarkably good shape. This yurt is currently set up on a rural parcel near Oakville, WA and includes everything you need to reassemble and immediately move in to at your own location. You will need to dismantle and move yourself. $6,000 firm.
Yurt includes:
1. Heavy vinyl walls and roof
2. White canvas interior walls and ceiling
3. Interior insulation package
4. Full-light door
5. Panoramic window, plus two additional large windows
6. Simple cedar deck
7. Wood platform (floor joists, rigid foam insulation, plywood flooring, pressure treated posts)
This yurt has been unoccupied for the past 10 years and has experienced some minor, mostly cosmetic, damage. The exterior vinyl has the typical NW greenish mildew on it that can be washed off. The interior white canvas walls have slight mildew in a few places that should also be able to be washed off. The canvas ceiling has minor mice damage and staining in one or two areas. Portions of the plywood floor around the exterior have rotted, but can be replaced. The dome has cracked and will need to be replaced. However, the primary components of the yurt (wood lattice walls, ceiling joists, vinyl exterior shell, canvas liner, etc.) are in near mint condition.
