New 30' Luxurious Modern Tiny House

For far too long the idea that tiny houses on wheels can be functional or posh, but not both, has made its way around the modern tiny house movement both in-person and online. Built on top of a brand new Iron Eagle triple axle, the wood-framed home is traditionally built using 2x4 framing studs. The home features 5 windows, three 4’x4’ Venus skylights, a set of double doors, and a 15 Lite French door. The exterior is stunning with 3 sides being black, corrugated metal, and 1 side being a rust-colored corrugated metal. The windows and doors are black vinyl and the roof declines from right to left with a 2” pitch allowing for proper drainage. Speaking of the sleeping loft, across from the kitchen counter are 8 steps leading up to the large sleeping loft.

Like the rest of the house, the flooring in the loft is polished pine high-traffic vinyl, the walls are sheetrock, the trim is yellow pine, and the ceiling is 8” T&G pine. The loft lets light in through sliding windows and a Venus skylight. Unique to the sleeping loft is the wood-burning stove in the corner that makes the space feel extra cozy and comfortable. There are also recessed LED lights in the ceiling as well. It is a beautiful space that is perfect for sleeping, reading, relaxing, or watching the world pass by.

Underneath the sleeping loft is the bathroom, kept private by a hinged door. Inside is black tile flooring that makes the perfect stage for the glass-enclosed shower stall, the dual flush commode, and the double vanity with sink.
