30' Amazing ANSI Certified ready for Delivery!

There seems to be an almost standard tiny house on wheels build but with each home comes nuances that make it a bit different. Whether it be off-grid solar, a full bathtub, two or more sleeping spaces, or a full porch/deck, they all have a little something special. This 30ft. custom built, 255 square foot THOW (built by Mega Tiny Homes out of Union County, OR) is made extraordinary thanks to its two sleeping lofts - a queen size and a twin size. It is a very practical home at a very practical price.



The footprint of the little house is open in that there are no room separators save the private bathroom. The front workspace flows into the living space which flows into the kitchen and then into the bathroom. With 11 windows each room has natural lights and feels much larger than it actually is. This is enclosed by solid construction: ​​a custom built chassis with 10 inch I-beam frame, 2x4x0.83 tube metal cross members every 16 inches, 2x4 framing with R15 insulation, 2x6 roof trusses and lofts with R23 insulation, and OSB Sheathing. All of this is skinned with Hardi siding with hardi window trim. Painted forest green it is beyond an attractive house.

Entry into the home leads directly into the kitchenette which is punctuated with IKEA kitchen cabinets and butcher block countertops. Set in the countertop is a single sink with commercial style sprayer faucet. There is also an LP gas oven/range combo across from a 0.1 cubic foot refrigerator and a single base cabinet with countertop, perfect for prep cooking or an appliance spot. Above the oven is an exhaust range hood. The L-shaped countertop in the kitchenette is also perfect for two to sit and eat as well. It is a great, multi-function space.

Past the kitchenette is a private bathroom accessible through a blue pine swing-in door and inside is a surround shower stall, a single vanity with a sink, faucet, and mirror. The bathroom has a flush commode and all of the hot water throughout the house is provided by a 100-gallon propane tank. Flooring in the bathroom is laminate for easy cleanup and the entire room is below the queen size sleeping loft.

Speaking of the loft, it has LPV flooring and pine T&G ceiling. The lights are flush mount LED cans and there is a fantastic shelving arrangement just in front of the wood and wire railing and the blue pine loft ladder/stairs.

Opposite the large sleeping loft is a remarkable work space. Where most houses have a sleeping loft that is typically the same size as the other loft, this home has a set of cabinets and shelves along with a raised platform with a desk and rolling chair. It makes for a perfect, private setting for working from home. It even has a window for great views and natural light.

The entire house is kept temperature controlled by a 9,000 BTU single zone A/C and heater with WiFi and lonixer attachment. There are also blackout blinds to make midday napping that much more enjoyable.

The front of the house has a wooden porch and deck landing with a mounted retractable awning and a motion sensor porch light.
