This beautiful craftsman-style 3/1 Tiny Home on Wheels is built on a 2016 Kaufman Trailer.
All paperwork, including an inspection (July 2022), comes with purchase. Tiny home is now painted turquoise and yellow, seen in one exterior photo. The porch has been removed for transport purposes - stairs (not porch or enclosure) available for purchase also. Porch was not affixed to the exterior so there is no damage to the exterior.
Tires will be bought brand new once the purchase is confirmed. Tiny home was not stored on wheels.
Home comes with all furniture, bedding, dishes, and appliances. Appliances include mini dishwasher, convection microwave oven, tankless propane water heater, Pioneer minisplit, LG front load washer/dryer combo, and flushing toilet.
Toilet is macerating (google that if you do not know what it is) and can flush up to 25 ft vertical/120 ft horizontal. This is great if your septic system is a bit of a ways from where you want to park.
Master loft has king bed and closet with built-in nightstands; Loft 2 has a twin bed; bottom bedroom has custom twin murphy bed with bench base and fold-out desk. Kitchen/Entry area has secret gun cabinet built into wall.
This home is set it and forget it; 50amp RV hookup for electric, propane for water heater and gas stove, single drain line for the toilet, sinks, and shower ready to tie into your septic/sewer.
We are moving and need to sell the property it is on, which can't be done with it here. New property is not big enough to accommodate.
We have experience hiring a professional driving service to deliver if you need help locating one. Driving/delivery is at the purchaser's expense.
