28ft tiny home on wheels

A very well built THOW! Built in 2019 on a custom tri-axle stryker tiny home trailer. Measure 28ftx8.5ftx12.5ft and weighs 14000 pounds easily transported with my f350 truck. Tires in great shape and hubs serviced. Exterior has metal roof and siding is metal as well made by "True Cedar" making exterior maintenance very minimal. Home uses a Gree mini split for heating and cooling. With remote controled ceiling fan to keep air circulating On the rear of home is a very convenient utility box where all utilities are using a 50amp rv electric service water inlet with filter propane for all appliances. Has a Rinnai exterior tankless waterheater. There is also room to store some of your outdoor items. As you walk in you are greeted with a very open and bright interior living room has nice entertainment center and a Ikea L shape queen sleeper sofa. Has queen sleeping loft above living room and stairs lead up to king mattress sleeping loft. Sleeping up to 6 people comfortably. kitchen has lots of storage including nice pull out pantry under stairs. Large farm sink. Propane 4 burner stove/oven. Large Haier fridge/freezer and nice microwave with convection oven. Walking towards bathroom area in rear of home you go thru a great laundry area with large closet on left for clothes and on your right a 110v Kenmore propane washer dryer. On left in between shower and washer/dryer is a large pull out storage pantry and when pulled out you can easily access behind shower and washer/dryer making any future maintenance easly accessible. Going into bathroom has a nature head composting toilet " can switch to a regular flush toilet easily if wanted. nice vanity sink with storage and 32inch walk in shower.
