28ft custom build with solar outside Gettysburg PA

My wife and I spent a year designing and building this custom house along side our contractor. Ended up living in it for 2.5 years and planned for longer but we were unable to secure land where we wanted to move.

28 ft custom build with solar. We had one hard electric line ran to house from landlord as backup for snow and multiple days of rain. That line would keep the lights on and the fridge, should be easily converted to on grid electric if that’s preferred.

Water was also semi off grid, two 1200G water tanks, we had deliveries and pickups once every two months with two people living inside, which came to about 200 a month in our area. Should be easily converted to on grid water/septic if that’s preferred.
