Metal siding for durability, no need to ever paint, and sturdy for traveling down the road or parking it at your favorite destination. 2X4 stick build on 16 in centers, EnergySeal spray foam insulation -R49 value, and electrical and plumbing are both certified and green tagged which allows you to freely and easily travel from state to state with no hassle. Equipped with an instant hot water heater, 2 cadet heaters, beautiful butcher block counter top, farmhouse sink, flushable toilet, full sized shower, RV hookups, 4 burner stove and oven, ceiling fan, several large windows, smoke detectors, and hookups for both a washer/dryer combo and a regular washer and a dryer. Smaller loft on one side for storage or a super cool bedroom, 8x10 loft on the other side for living room or another bedroom. Downstairs features an open kitchen design that flows into another living space or bedroom. The 8x10 loft floor can be moved up for a more traditional loft design if needed. The number one thing we have enjoyed about tiny house living is everything is customizable all the time depending on what you need in the moment or the season.
