28 foot tiny house on the front range

Tiny living without "going tiny". This little white cedar house professionally built by Larkspur builders offers more space and storage than you'll find anywhere else. Parked on a lot (which is available to rent!) right between Palmer Lake and Monument. You'll be close enough to all amenities, but in your own plot of country with the front range in your fenced in back yard.

With a full sized oven, double door refrigerator, and built-on pantry, the kitchen is equipped for a thanksgiving dinner. On the back end of the house, an attached storage shed holds the brand new electric water heater and offers added storage space. On the property, there is also a detached 5x8 storage shed (with AC) making room for an office, or (again) more storage space. Lot rent, which includes water and trash, is only $310! Option available to move or continue renting lot.
