About the house:
We purchased this 26’ Cypress model directly from Tumbleweed tiny homes in Colorado Springs, CO in 2016, where it was custom built for us. The house is RVIA certified and comes with all the amenities you’ll need to live or host guests comfortably, and is very energy efficient. We lived in the house full time for several years with our two pets, while also working from home. After saving money and paying down student loans, we were able to purchase some property with a larger house, where we now reside.

The tiny house was a wonderful experience for us and helped us tremendously to get to the next phase of our lives, while teaching us many important lessons about living with less. We are now ready to turn it over to its next family.

It is currently being stored on our new property, and is disconnected from utilities and ready for its next adventure.

Delivery:
The house can be towed without a commercial license, with a one ton pickup truck.

If you need delivery, a family friend of ours (who has towed the house for us previously) is willing to move it to your chosen location up to 50 miles outside the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area for $500. Longer distances are also negotiable.
