26' Modern Farmhouse Tiny Home on Wheels

Our tiny home is about 2 years old, originally constructed by Mint Tiny Home Company. It is a 26 foot, standard hitch , triple axle unit with dual lofts, one on each end that also stick out 2 feet further for a total of 30 feet in length. This is a beautiful tiny home that was near and dear to our little family when we first were married and the decor and detail make a unit like this hard to find these days. This unit is also OFF GRID CAPABLE with solar power hook ups (but no solar panels). The home is towable by a 1 ton pickup truck. This home does not come with the land, cost is for the unit only and will need to be moved to the location of your choosing.

This home was built to the Z240 RV standard, and certified by Intertek instead of RVIA. At the time, Mint Tiny homes (the builder) did not pay into the RVIA group but they do so now.

Per Mint Tiny Homes, the standards are the same for both, RVIA just gave their clients more financing options as it seems to be better recognized in the US (they are a Canadian company).

We fully anticipated keeping this tiny home for much longer, but circumstances have changed and it is unfortunately now time for us to sadly part ways. This was a very special place to my wife and I; we really loved living in it and hope you will too!
