26' beautiful redwood shell

Main shell constructed by best-in-industry builder Tumbleweed, then clad in hand-picked redwood boards, and ipe trim. Features unusually large windows, some clever design touches, and a 3D model to help with construction.

The exterior is finished, and has embedded struts that allow attaching extensions (awning, porch, tool shed, etc.) without drilling into the structure. When I added the Redwood, I chose the boards one at a time to create a pleasing pattern, and stained them to a nice rich color.

The interior has a high-ceilinged great room, with tons of light from a glass door with side panes and a massive 6 1/2 foot widow across from the kitchen, not the small slit windows many tiny houses have.

This is a professionally built shell that will be worth at least $80,000 when completed, and has unique touches that you will not find anywhere else. It has been well cared for, but due to life events I can not complete it myself, and am looking for a good home for my dream home.
